Two ‘different’ days for the team of Christa Ltd.

On 19-20 June 2025, Christa organized Team Building for the sales and management team. The event was held at the Forest View Hotel in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, at 1350m above sea level. The main purpose of the meeting was to go for two days out of the routine - out of the offices, warehouses, factory and daily meetings with customers.  In a different, free and relaxed environment, we discussed our achievements so far, as well as all the new opportunities and challenges that this so dynamic and changing food and livestock industry opens up.

Our meeting began with a reminder of Christa's mission, vision and values, which are our corporate DNA, and which define and guide both every action of our daily work and our commercial strategies for decades to come.

During the first day, training was also given on how to increase the commitment of each team member to the trust and expectations of our customers. The day ended with dinner and outdoor discussion around the campfire.

On the second day we did a 20km hike in the mountains. Despite the distance and at times difficult terrain, we all moved as a team, united, energized by nature and the beautiful views, with lots of laughter and cheer.

During the talks another theme emerged, and that is that next year Christa will have a reason to celebrate - its 30th anniversary since its establishment in 1996, which is an exceptional cause for pride, but also an unshakeable commitment to all our friends and partners.
